WATER- OUR BEST FRIEND!
Our body is made up of 60% water. It flushes out toxins and
also delivers key nutrients from food to cells. So drinking proper amount of
water is as important as eating nutritious food. Water can make you healthy
from all aspects.
Water's direct
impact can be seen on skin in winter when we do not drink it in appropriate
amount. Skin shrivels, becomes dry, flaky and looses its tone/glow. So to avoid
all these complications drink sufficient water and get a younger looking radiant
complexion. Keep in mind, recommended amount of water cannot be a magic cure
for skin problems but it certainly will benefit your skin.
Unlike other
organs skin is always exposed to the air. If you do not drink sufficient water
your skin becomes vulnerable to impurities, germs and allergens. So always keep

Men need
about 8-10 glasses of water (3ltrs), everyday. Women need 6-8 glasses (2ltrs),
which includes fluids coming from aw fruits, vegetables, milk, curd and

drink 1 cup water after 15 minutes as these beverages are diuretics i.e they
drain out extra water , from body , with them through urine. So if anybody's
intake of tea/coffee is more , his/her body's requirements increase. So its

Lack of water
can upset digestion, upset liver health by not flushing out toxins, dehydrate

recognize whether your water intake is perfect!
Generally if
you drink proper amount of water you rarely feel thirsty. Secondly your urine
is either colorless or pale yellow in color.
